This company emerged from the inspiration of fundamental experiences in the real estate market and the recognition of a niche market.
The master plan for Tierras del Chaco was established in late 2013, reviewed and developed throughout 2014, and implemented by founder Kenneth Duerksen from April 2015 onwards.
In 2016, Gonzalo Zalazar became part of the team, offering significant expertise in agricultural production and a thorough knowledge of the Chaco.
In 2020, the partnership “Tierras del Chaco S.A.” emerged from this enterprise.
In 2023, Ricardo Harder joined the team, bringing technological and organizational innovation. Currently, Tierras del Chaco S.A. is composed of the following partners: Kenneth Duerksen, Gonzalo Zalazar, and Ricardo Harder, all residents with extensive practical experience in production and a broad knowledge of the region.
Over the years, Tierras del Chaco has solidified its position as a leading reference in the real estate market of the Paraguayan Chaco.
